The company was established in response to the call of the national western development strategy: to implement the country's new seven infrastructure policies, smart city, 5G communications, high-speed rail, urban rail construction and other market needs; to strengthen the eastern Chongqing and eastern Sichuan large parts manufacturing industry centered in Wanzhou, and to improve the industrial structure of eastern Chongqing and eastern Sichuan.

With a total investment of 200 million RMB, the project aims to construct hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, electric power steel pipe poles, electric power angle steel towers, substation frames, intelligent light poles and 5G base station hardware products manufacturing projects, with two single-story steel structure standard workshops of 8,000 square meters (hot-dip galvanized surface treatment) and 20,000 square meters (intelligent light poles and 5G base station hardware products manufacturing) in the first phase.

According to the modern production layout, it has built a hot-dip galvanizing processing line, the only large hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment line in Eastern Chongqing and Eastern Sichuan with a full set of design layout, a production line for electric power steel pipe towers and hardware products for communication 5G intelligent base stations (the first large steel structure manufacturing plant in Eastern Chongqing and Eastern Sichuan), a galvanizing pot of 13.5*1.6*2.5 m, a press of 1,600 tons, and a 14-meter long double-machine linkage automatic digital press bending machine. 63T CNC bending machine, CNC surface drilling machine, PP103 punching machine, 14 * 2 meters open roll leveling production line, 6 * 1.6 meters slant shear production line, 2 * 200A CNC plasma cutting machine, 4M × 8M × 3000W laser cutting machine, 120 meters of plastic spraying assembly line.

After the project is completed and put into operation, 36,000 tons/year of smart light poles and 5G base station hardware products will be manufactured, and 80,000 tons/year of hot-dip galvanized surface treatment. With Huachuang as the center, it will create a 2 billion yuan industrial chain for Wanzhou Economic Development Zone.
