On April 24, 2021, the first Welder Skills Competition was held in Wanzhou Base, the competition attracted the active participation of the company's welders. The purpose of this competition is to improve the theoretical level and practical operation skills of the welders, enhance their sense of responsibility for their work, and further improve their comprehensive ability in order to improve the quality of the products.

　　The competition was divided into two sessions: theory and practical. In the theoretical session, the contestants were required to answer questions on welding-related knowledge, such as welding principles and welding materials. This session aims to test the contestants' mastery of welding theory and provide them with directions for further study.

　　The practical session was the focus of the competition, where contestants were required to show their skills through actual welding operations. The contestants performed welding operations according to the requirements within the specified time, and the jury scored according to the welding quality and welding speed to determine the results of the competition. One first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes were awarded.。
